Azamara
All Azamara ships will feature a special dinner menu on December 31. If weather permits, the traditional New Year's Eve White Party will be held on deck. On New Year's Day, a brunch will be held in Discoveries.
Carnival Cruise Line
Guests are provided with hats, headbands, glasses, and glow batons during Carnival Cruise Line's New Year's Eve cruises. Passengers can also expect live music, DJs, and special events across the ships. There's also a Youth Program New Year's celebration for the younger cruisers.

Celebrity throws a fun and vibrant ship-wide gala to ring in the New Year, with holiday favors and a complimentary Champagne toast at midnight. The next day, passengers can watch their favorite College Bowl championship football games in venues throughout the ships.
Look forward to culinary enhancements for the holidays, from dinners to displays. Seasonal peppermint and eggnog gelato flavors will be available at Gelateria inside Oceanview Cafe. Gingerbread “Winter Wonderland” villages created by the culinary team will impress guests. Special dinners for New Year’s Eve will be offered in select restaurants (Edge Series restaurants: Fine Cut; Solstice Series: Murano and Tuscan; Millennium Series: Tuscan).
Costa Cruises
New Year's Eve celebrations on Costa kick off with a lavish six-course dinner, followed by a holiday party with live music and a DJ. A countdown clock will be displayed in all lounges and on the poolside movie screen. The festivities will carry on after midnight with a special midnight buffet and dancing in the disco until the early morning.
Cunard
Enjoy the season's enchantment with a festive dining experience on Cunard four ships. The cruise line’s main dining rooms will host jubilant festivities for cruises sailing over Christmas Day and New Year's Eve with specially curated menus and a merry atmosphere.
As you’d expect on this classy cruise line, Cunard has sophisticated New Year’s Eve balls. Dance the night away in the specially sprung dance floor of the Queens Room, or celebrate at several additional venues, such as the Commodore Club, complete with a countdown, balloon drop and Champagne toast.
Most years, Queen Mary 2 completes a transatlantic cruise from New York to the Caribbean, celebrating Christmas at sea on its way to the Caribbean for New Year’s Eve. You may be treated to fireworks if you’re on Cunard's newest ship, Queen Anne, in the Canary Islands. This sailing is well known for its New Year’s Eve stop in Madeira, where a superb fireworks display can be seen from the ship.
Disney Cruise Line
Disney will host a ship-wide party on New Eve with a countdown to the New Year, featuring music and sparkling wine in commemorative flutes. There'll be specialty food and beverage offerings, a holiday-themed giveaway, a dazzling New Year’s Eve fireworks display, with Disney characters dressed in seasonal attire.

Afterward, guests are invited to dance the night away at the exclusive New Year's Eve gala.
Holland America Line
Holland America ships, there’s a New Year’s Eve party with a glamorous ball and a countdown to midnight. At midnight, a Lido Deck gala marks the celebrations with party favors and a Champagne toast. Passengers are entertained with performances from B.B. King’s All-Stars, Billboard Onboard, and the Rolling Stone Rock Room Band on Pinnacle-class ships.
On New Year's Day, passengers can watch the College Bowl championship from the comfort of their stateroom if Holland America Line offers the channel that is broadcasting the game.
MSC Cruises

North America-based MSC Meraviglia, MSC Seascape, MSC Seashore, MSC Seaside, and MSC Divina will start their cruise with a DJ and live musicians in during embarkation in the terminal. A special New Year's Eve gala dinner will feature an upgraded menu. The ship will be decorated with banners and balloons.
Following dinner, the crew will hand out hats, tiaras, banners, streamers and noise makers to guests and there will be a dance party on deck, featuring a Champagne toast and a countdown to midnight. Canapés and petit fours will be available in all bars and lounges after midnight. There will be extended late-night buffet offerings until 4 a.m. MSC Cruises' kids' club will offer extended hours and free babysitting for parents who want to enjoy the evening’s festivities. On New Year's Day, there will be a special celebratory brunch. Post-New Year’s football bowl games will be shown on the pool deck's big screen and indoors as they happen, featuring special food and drink options.
Norwegian Cruise Line
On New Year's Eve cruises, meals in Norwegian's main restaurants will be festive. Passengers are given noisemakers for the party which will include multiple locations to enjoy the countdown to the New Year.
Oceania Cruises
Oceania will hold a New Year's Eve celebration on deck (weather permitting) and in all ship lounges to ring in the New Year. Passengers will enjoy live music, noisemakers, party hats, and a Champagne toast at the stroke of midnight. A decadent brunch is available on New Year’s Day.
Princess Cruises
Passengers sailing with Princess Cruises on December 31 will have the option to attend a Gala Dinner in the main dining rooms. This is followed by a midnight countdown and a Champagne toast in the buzzy Piazza. The Wheelhouse Bar will take on a posh “Dom Perignon Lounge” vibe for revelers looking to sing, dance, and enjoy a chic celebration.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Royal Caribbean
New Year's Eve parties take place on all Royal Caribbean ships that sail over the holiday, complete with a countdown and a balloon drop in the Promenade, Esplanade, or Centrum, depending on the deck plan of your ship.
The line's Adventure Oancean kids' clubs will extend its Late Night Party Zone hours to 2 a.m., and because nursery hours are extended until 1 a.m., parents can opt to pay for extended babysitting hours if they wish to celebrate past the stroke of midnight. On January 1, a special brunch will be served to celebrate New Year's Day.

Seabourn's New Year's Eve features festivity and celebration. A fantastic show will follow a gala formal-optional dinner. After the show, a countdown and a Holiday Ball dance party will be on the pool deck. In the event of inclement weather, festivities will move indoors.

Prosciutto-wrapped duck confit, black truffle risotto, bacon-wrapped pork loin, black cod, and a beef wellington are some signature dishes guests can look forward to. Additionally, travelers can pre-order Moët to toast in style as the clock strikes midnight.
